I have posted a past final exam here.
Again, it is just to show you the kind of questions that will be asked.
You will notice that they are similar to the questions in the midterm.
The focus of the course has changed and also some material in the
posted exam have become outdated. So you may find questions which test
material that we did not discuss in this offering of the course. Note
that the final exam will cover *all* material discussed in the course -
not just the material after the midterm.

The final lab exam will be held during the last lab of the semester,
which is on Wednesday April 07.

We
have the midterm test on Wednesday Feb 17, during the normal class
time. All material covered upto and including Monday's class is
examinable. To give you an idea about the type and kind of questions to
expect, I have posted an old exam here.
Please note that you might find in this sample test material not
covered in this offering of the course. As the technology changes
rapidly, the course content keeps changing. Nevertheless, I hope you
get an idea about the structure of the test.
There will be no lab this week. Have a good reading break. (Spend time on your termpaper ;-)

Termpaper proposals are due at the beginning of Wednesday's class. Some additional information about termpapers is available here. Also remember that the midterm exam is on Wednesday next week.
