I occasionally go into races. In the past I ran a number of races in the Island Series. I am running as part of a team in the Snow to Surf in April 2014.

Music. I play the bohdran (Irish Drum) with a group called the Mount Benson Ceili Band. We have played at various events including fundraising ebvents for the Pacific Salmon Foundation and the Nanaimo Area Land Trust.
