Assuming your BBBW has wifi access, you can ssh to the board by executing:

ssh -Y -l debian 192.168.7.2

You can download the Ptask environment to your BBBW by executing:

wget http://csci.viu.ca/~pwalsh/teaching/461/Labs/ptask.tar

You can un-tar by executing: 

tar xvf ptask.tar

Locate to Ptask and read the Readme for
further instructions.
