CSCI 375 Team project: data model

Deadline

These deliverables are due by the start of the lab on March 20th.

Document name

The document must be named DataModel.odt and must be located in the Documents directory of your team git repository.

Document overview

Provide a short (2-3 paragraph) outline of the content of this document.

Project update

Provide an update on the state of the project, clearly identifying any changes to the product requirements, process model, the feature set targetted for completion by April 10th.

Project plan update

Provide an update on the project plan, noting any key changes (new/expanded tasks, task assignments, task completions) and an updated version of the software development plan.

Risk update

Provide an update on the risk management plan, noting any key changes (risks added/removed, updates on risk probabilities, etc.).

Data model

Provide a full description of your product's logical data model, complete with at least the following:

• An overview of the data included in the model,
• An entity relation diagram and accompanying description of all components represented in the diagram (entities, attributes, relationships),
• A data dictionary with a full description of all the logical data elements,
• A preliminary description of how these logical entities, attributes, and relationships will be represented in the "real" physical model.

Team presentation

In the registered lab session of March 13th, each team will provide a short (10-15 minute) presentation summarizing the information in the document described above.
