CSCI 375 Team project: project closeout: presentation and final project documentation

Deadline

These deliverables are due by the start of the lecture on April 10th.

Document name

The document must be named "Closeout.odt" and must be located in the Documents directory of your repository.

Document overview

Provide a short (2-3 paragraph) outline of the content of this document.

Project closeout

Describe the final state of your project, complete with each of the following:

• An overview of the project: its original intentions/objectives and its final state
• A review of the features/functionality that were changed/added/omitted between the original idea and the final product, and the rationale for the changes.
• A review of the team structure and organization, and an evaluation of its effectiveness.
• A review of the team and individual strengths and weaknesses, comparing the original expectations from the team formation phase with what you now know.
• Recommendations on what could/should be done next if the project were to continue.
• A discussion of what the team would have done differently if they had the project to do over.

Project files

Ensure your team repository contains copies of project documents from all the project phases.

Team presentation

In the lecture of April 10th, each team will provide a short (20-25 minute) presentation summarizing the information in the document described above.
